With 3 decades of experience in education, leadership development, coaching and organisational culture building, Susan is a dedicated learning architect and facilitator, committed to inspiring growth, change and human connection. Having served 17 years in the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore before expanding her career internationally, including leading an international school in Myanmar, Susan brings a unique blend of professional expertise, cultural openness and heartfelt facilitation to every learning space she leads.
